1) Complete a brief evaluation

We will send you a form so that you may answer questions describing your organisation, your preferences and your mission. This will enhance our understanding of what your organisation is all about. From here we can better grasp your desired image in order for us to faster and more appropriately design a logo for you.

2) Review initial concepts after 3-5 days

Once we receive your completed form, we will design 4 -7 concepts and present them to you after 3-5 business days. Our logos are 100% original and are customized to your company’s needs and your style preferences. A team of designers will provide different perspectives in order to produce a variety of logo design options. Upon receiving these initial concepts, review them and let us know which you like and for what reasons. Usually the first presentation is enough. Though, you are entitled to unlimited concepts, and we will work until you get the logo you are looking for. If you do not like any of the original concepts, you will receive a new presentation within 2 days.

3) Receive revised logos after 24 hours. Choose final logo.

Once a concept is chosen, you will receive all revisions within 24 hours. We use your feedback to redraft further logo designs – unlimited within reason – until you are 100% satisfied with your logo. This process generally takes 2-3 days. You should have your logo in 10 days.

4) Receive file with finalized logo design

When all details are set, we will format your logo design. The design will be sent to you in a vector file ready for printing. A vector file allows for virtually unlimited reduction or enlargement, and, can be converted to any file format you may require. You will also receive a file ready for web use in jpeg format. The final files are in full color (CMYK or Pantone). You will own the copyrights for your design.
