As a student of time, and time management techniques, it is often easy to get caught up in the myriad of time management theories and lose perspective on the real purpose and value of time.
It is somewhat ironic that in the age of time and laboursaving devices, that most individuals in the western world are time poor.
We place varying degrees of importance and relevance on time. An hour is significant to the recipient of a heart transplant, a minute is significant to the individuals meeting on a first date and seconds were the difference between ‘didn’t she do well Kelly Holmes’ and Dame Kelly Holmes double gold Olympic medallist 2004.
