About Emerge

Hi, my name is Nigel Ipinson-Fleming and I would like to thank you for visiting the Emerge Me website

Emerge is the story of my own transformation, and the vehicle that I use to help myself and others become who they want to be.

As much as being a successful musician, playing in some of the worlds greatest bands made me feel good, by the time I reached the end of that cycle I was EMPTY and although music is my love, I didn’t imagine that lack of purpose and focus could result in me ending up in such a dark place.

15 years later, I have an amazing wife, 4 children, a phenomenal team, a few good friends, and above all purpose and clarity for the future.
My journey is the ongoing process of emerging from caterpillar to butterfly.

I coach individuals, teams, provide seminars and keynote speeches for organisations, as well as creating music with the original oxygen and enthusiasm of my youth.

Most of all, Emerge Me, is the challenge for me to fully become the person I desire to be.
